An analytical hysteresis model is developed using for the first time an analogy between magnetic state transformations and chemical reactions. So, magnetisation is the thermodynamic balance result obtained by transposing chemistry results into magnetic material context. Adapted static hysteresis models are constructed for different iron sheet alloys.
