Nowadays, numerical simulation is a necessary industrial tool that saves time and money. FORGE3® multibodies software was developed within this framework, to make possible the treatment of a large number of deformable bodies with nonlinear constitutive equations like thermo-elasto-viscoplastic behaviour with large deformation. In this thesis, we present the developments that were carried out to take into account and to manage several deformable bodies of different rheologies. Therefore, a part of our work consisted in the implementation of a mechanical coupling between several deformable bodies which meshes do not match in the contact zone.
