All organizations must be capable of managing exceptional events in an optimal manner, however many the obstacles. The following thesis focuses its attention on surpassing these obstacles and analyzing the patterns of interaction between individual stakeholders, groups of actors and organizations as a whole within a system in difficulty. By means of an innovative return on experience methodology, Positive REX, the complexity and the dynamics of the situation at hand will be represented and understood.
