This work deals with the development of integration processes of thermite energetic layers (a material constituted of an oxidizer and a metal, generally Al) into Microsystems for the fabrication of temperature microsources. It contributes to the development of new on-board powerful and compact energy sources on a chip for applications in the military and the civilian field (aerospace, automotive). After selecting the material, the Al/CuO nanothermite, our work has focused on two axes: (1) development and optimization of nanothermite deposition technologies that allow controlling at best the deposited material stoichiometry and geometry in order to tune its decomposition kinetics and maximize the heat released.
