Part I describes a series of quantum information experiments with trapped atomic ions. These experiments were performed at NIST, Boulder, Colorado. Part II presents experiments on quantum dots inserted into microcavities. The work was done at Institut Néel - Université Jospeh Fourier Grenoble I.La partie I décrit une série d'expériences en information quantique avec des ions piégés.
