In this thesis, we deal with risk prevention and crisis management requiring evacuation. Road network structure and mobility process are studied by using swarmintelligencemethods. Risk prevention is treated by analyzing the vulnerability of the network represented by a multigraph, at different scale levels thanks to betweenness centrality and hierarchical clustering methods. Crisis management during an evacuation is also treated. A microscopic traffic model is developed and a micro-evacuation simulator is proposed to organize an evacuation, beginning from crisis occurrence until vehicles evacuation, taking into account dangerous areas enclosing and itineraries choice strategies to evacuate those areas.
