This thesis is devoted to the study of the resonant emission of single InAs/GaAs quantum dots embedded in a planar microcavity.By using an original optical fiber setup, the resonant excitation laser is spatially decoupled to the quantum dots emission, in order to suppress the laser scattering which is superimposed with the signal.The power dependence and the measurement of the first and second order correlation functions confirm that a single semiconductor quantum dot under resonant excitation can be considered as a two-level atom-like system. However, the electrostatic environmentdue to unintentional impurities in the sample strongly influencesthe quantum dots resonant emission.
