Research, trough the study of employment relationship specific to the media sector, fixed term employment and freelance, gives an insight on how employment relationship evolves and how its structure is shaped. According to a sectorial study of industrial relations in the media sector, research analyzes the conducts and institutions of the employment relationship at all levels of socialization. The surveys reveal the actor's capacities to jointly regulate jobs and allocation of work while reorganizing or restructuring. The joint regulation of the employment relationship lies in workgroup, firms and at national level. The institutionalization of these regulations is confirmed by its persistence during the recurring negotiations on job changes...
