IIndonesian cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan and Semarang have a rapid development level. These cities concentrate many economic activities and employments. Transport infrastructure do not support this rapid economic development and labor market. Research on mobility and accessibility of labor market in Indonesian cities is quite few.
