This work concerns the study of Surface Enhanced InfraRed Absorption (SEIRA) spectroscopy dedicated to the detection of dissolved organic compounds in seawater. The aim of this work is to develop a synthesis process to fabricate sensors based on SEIRA effect on chalcogenide glass substrate, which will pave the way to integrated component for SEIRA spectroscopy. Two kind of deposition methods were studied. On the one hand, island gold nanoparticles were obtained by DC sputtering. On the other hand, electron beam lithography was used for the synthesis of gold nano-antennas.
