The oral skeleton is particular by the biodiversity of the mineralized tissues by the presence of bones and teeth. The first part of this work concerns the expression patterns of biomineralization effectors (calbindin-D28k, alkaline phosphatase, amelogenin) during amelogenesis using our model continuously growing rodent tooth and several adapted technical procedure to the study of mineralized tissues. The results show that the patterns of these effectors are controled by a singular way in the dental cells with critical phases for tissue formation.
