For several decades, biosensors are becoming increasingly developing through their areas of application. In this context, through a multidisciplinary approach, we designed a measuring cell and microfluidic chips of PDMS polymer, coupled with Love wave immunosensor, to provide a platform for the rapid detection of bio-organisms. This new platform allowed direct and specific antibodies and Escherichia Coli whole living bacteria detection. It also helped to significantly reduce the detection time (from several hours to a few minutes), simplify testing protocols, and introduce "dynamic behaviour" of biological phenomena.
