The conventional operating temperatures of most chemical gas sensors are generally above 300°C, which are not favorable to their functioning in terms of stability, repeatability and energy consumption. For this reason, in this study, we have developed a new method of thin film synthesis via sol-gel process, based on tin dioxide (SnO2) sensitive detection of very low ozone and ammonia concentrations at room temperature (RT).
