This research is firstly interested in the legal status of Palestinian refugees in the Middle East as it has been recognized by international law, namely an individual and provisional status resulting from UN resolutions, and those of Arab League. The specificity of the status of Palestinian refugees is characterized by the exclusion of these General Status of Refugees established by the Geneva Convention (1951).
