Nowadays, wireless systems have to be able to adapt to different environments and standards, requiring reconfigurable microwave devices in order to dynamically vary their characteristics. Among all possible technological solutions to achieve this reconfigurability, agile materials, more specifically ferroelectrics, have an increasing interest.
