This thesis is dedicated to the study of Very High Energy gamma-ray sources discovered thanks to the H.E.S.S. telescopes . The H.E.S.S. observatory has indeed revealed, through a systematic survey of the galactic plane since 6 years, a very rich gamma-ray sky. First, we verified that the evolution of the telescope performance since the start of operations was well understood. The study of TeV characteristics, but also at other wavelengths, including X-rays, of pulsar wind nebulae is the central part of the work presented here.
