This research concerns the role of situated emotions in workplace learning. The chosen empirical field is the one of agents of mortuary care in situation of interaction tutorale in activities which are new for them. The centrality of emotions in this context seems obvious, an obvious fact that we question in putting in object the emotions. Taking of a distance is made with the prescriptive dimensions or a social control of emotions which are besides necessary.
