Thesis work fits in the area of multiprocessor real-time computing under energy constraints. It aims topropose partitioning strategies for tasks on a homo-geneous multiprocessor platform and to measure theirperformance through simulations. These strategiesstand out because of their flexibility and ease of im-plementation for different task models: (i) hard/firmreal-time constraints, (ii) implicit/constrained deadlines,(iii) synchronous/asynchronous.
