Supersymmetric theories, such as the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM), con-stitute very popular extensions of the Standard Model of particle physics, and are extensivelysearched for at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). In this thesis, we focus on two specific aspectsof the phenomenology of supersymmetric theories at high-energy hadron colliders, namely po-larized collisions and precision calculations. First, we perform a Leading Order (LO) study, inwhich we show how the availability of (longitudinally) polarized proton beams could help us todisentangle various Beyond the Standard Model (BSM) scenarios exhibiting the same final-statesignature.
