This work is a contribution to the study of properties of hot nuclei formed in heavyion collisions at intermediate energies. The experiment has been performed with theINDRA multidetector. It is shown that most of the reaction cross section is associatedwith binary dissipative collisions, accompanied by the production of particles from aregion between the two reaction partners. This study is focused on excitation energy andangular momentum of projectile-like fragment (PLF) in 129Xe +na< Sn reactions from 25to 50 MeV per nucléon. Several methods are used to characterize hot nuclei (velocity,charge, mass and excitation energy).
