An experimental campaign has been performed in autumn 2007 at GANIL in order to study the evolution of shell closures and magic numbers as a function of isospin in neutron rich isotopes of oxygen and neon. Two radioactive beams of 20O and 26Ne were produced with the SPIRAL facility using the isotopic separation on line method and accelerated to an energy of 10 A.MeV. The nuclei 21O, 19O, 27Ne and 25Ne produced by the one neutron transfer reactions (d,p) and (d,t) of the radioactive beams on a CD2 target have been studied. Heavy fragments, light charged particles and gamma rays were detected in coincidence by the TIARA, MUST2, VAMOS, EXOGAM and beam detectors.
