The standard model of particle physics describes the matter as elementary particles interacting via strong and electroweak interactions. The top quark is the heaviest quark described by this model and has been discovered in 1995 by CDF and DØ collaborations in proton-antiproton collisions at the Tevatron. This thesis is devoted to the measurement of the top pair production cross-section via the strong interaction, in a final state composed of one lepton, one hadronic tau, two b-jets and missing transverse energy. This analysis uses the 1.2 fb 1 of Run IIb data collected between July 2006 and August 2007, combined with the Run IIa data to obtain a 2.2 fb 1 analysis.
