The aim of the present work is to implement a Constrained Minimal Flavour Violation (CMFV) model into the B^{0}_{d,s} and K_{0} mixing processes. To do so, the use of an additional free parameter is needed to describe our theory. Adding this parameter, CMFV deviations of order between twenty or forty percent are allowed, depending whether New Physics appears or not at tree level
