Para establecer el efecto de temperatura y período de almacenamiento sobre el desorden y calidad de la fruta, limones cv. Eureka, cosechados con color amarillo (relación °Brix/acidez 0.25) 5 d después de una lluvia, fueron almacenados a 3, 7 y 11±1 °C con 90-95% humedad relativa, por 35 d.
