Once your library has completed usability testing, what’s next? Constraints on time can mean that employing changes driven by usability testing are repeatedly postponed. Librarians at Metropolitan State University became aware of usability issues with their Libguides subject guides. To address these concerns, a library intern worked with subject librarians and converted 51 subject guides using a new format. We will discuss practical steps you can take to develop a project plan and workflow in order to implement desired changes to your subject guides. These steps and strategies may also be applied to other web related projects at your library
