Introduction: Cardioembolic events are accompanied by left atrial appendage (LAA) in patients suffering from atrial fibrillation (AF); therefore, the LAA closure is implemented as a preventive strategy. The detection of LAA morphologies and function is a paramount step before establishing the LAA closure.
