Cette étude est une contribution à la connaissance de la biodiversité, la distribution géographique et la conservation des Rubioideae (Rubiaceae) d’Afrique centrale (Burundi,R.D.Congo et Rwanda). Le travail est basé sur l’analyse critique des riches collections conservées dans les grands herbaria de Belgique et du Burundi (plus de 10.000 échantillons). Une check-list critique des Rubioideae d’Afrique centrale a été établie; 291 taxons ont été inventoriés et une carte de distribution géographique a été tracée pour chacun, après géoréférencement de toutes<p>les récoltes.
