Aim: Identify the prevalence of weight-related co-morbidities in children and adolescents aged 5-18. Data sources: Embase, Medline, Medline-in-Process, PsycINFO, and Web of Science; from database inception up to March 2015. Inclusion: Observational studies reporting prevalence of obesity-associated co-morbidities/co-morbidity indicators by weight/BMI category in children/adolescents aged 5-18 from any country; Exclusion: non-English articles. Appraisal/Data Extraction: Abstracts were screened for eligibility by VS and MB.
