The ALPHATRAP-experiment at the Max-Planck-Institute for Nuclear Physics is designed to measure the g-factor of the bound electron of heavy highly charged ions with the help of a Penning trap. The eigenfrequencies are determined by measuring the induced mirror currents with highly sensitive, cryogenic amplifiers. To supply the precision electronics and to generate a stable voltage for the trap-electrodes a precision power supply was built within this thesis. The priority of this thesis will be the critical points for development, special features to achieve the stability as well as the layout and the selection of the used parts. The developed power supply reached a stability (relative Allan deviation) of 1:8 10-7 in a voltage ran...
