This thesis gives a theoretical and experimental introduction in neutrino oscillations. First, the description of neutrinos in the standard model of particle physics will be shown. The standard model will be expanded by neutrino mass and this will cause mass mixing, which is the reason for neutrino oscillations. After that, the PMNS ma- trix, which is very important for the theoretical and experimental description, will be parameterized. An expression for the oscillation probability will be derived by the use of quantum mechanic's formalism. This expression will be applied to the special case of two flavors. In this connection, the problems of the quantum mechanical descripton will be mentioned and it will be shown how neutrino oscillations...
