Sexual harassment is considered a societal problem today. It is indispensable that both societyand organizations start to acknowledge and work more preventively in order to reduce sexualharassment. Organizational culture significantly impacts the way sexual harassment isperceived in the workplace. The purpose of this qualitative study is to gain a deeperunderstanding of and describe how organizations can prevent sexual harassment.Furthermore, it aims to better understand why vulnerable employees do not report sexualharassment, and how organizations can counteract the culture of silence and therebyencourage reporting.
