[New Plecoptera of the family Capniidae from Kamchatka]

SUMMARY The author described two new species, collected by Mrs. I. Levanidova in Kamchatka. Capnia levanidovae, sp. n. ♂: antenor margin of tergite VII produced upwards into a conelike tubercle; middle of hind margin separated by membrane into two sclerites. Sternite IX forms a subgenital plate which has a rounded hind margin, nearly as wide as long, without ventral lobe. Tergite X divided into two sclerites with a membraneous area between them. Supraanal process heavily chitinized, becoming broader at distal and with a small process at tip. Fusion plate oblong with a sharply pointed tip, about five times as long as wide. It is connected anteriorly by membrane with a knoblike rectoral plate. ♀: subgenital plate nearly quadrangular, widest at middle, middle of hind margin backwards into bluntly pointed short process. Closely related to Capnia nigra (Pictet), but easily separated by the situation of tubercle on tergite VII, the shape of the fusion plate in the male and of the subgenital plate in the female. Takagripopteryx minor, sp. n. ♂ : tergite V divided into two sclerites, with a membraneous area between them; tergite VI produced upwards into a large tubercle; tergite VII produced upwards into a pair of tubercles. Dorsal side of last three tergites divided into two sclerites along mid line. Supraanal process divided into two parts, the upper part shorter than the lower one, membraneous and covered with chitinous plate on its dorsal surface; lower part heavily chitinized, ending with a beak-shaped tip. Sternite IX forming a large subgenital plate, wider than long, with rounded hind margin, without ventral lobe. Fusion plate oblong., nearly half as wide as long, widest near basal margin and rapidly tapering posteriorly towards apex. It is connected anteriorly by a membrane with small cone-like rectoral plate. ♀ : subgenital plate quadrangular, narrower in front than at behind, all angles and hind margin strongly chitinized. Closely resembles T. imamurai Kohno, but can be easily separated from the latter by the situation and shape of tubercles on segments V I and VII and the shape of the supraanal process
