CARIM-India: Developing a knowledge base for policymaking on India-EU migrationIndia and the European Union (EU) are currently negotiating a Broadbased Trade and Investment Agreement (BTIA) and Mode 4 liberalisation is a key component of the negotiations. India and the EU have different negotiating positions under Mode 4 in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and in their bilateral agreements.
