The data results about preservations species of fungi of Crimean peninsula in according with Red Data Book of the Russian Federation (RDB RF) have been announced. More then 900 species of macroscopic Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes are known in Crimea now. 13 species from this number are listed in the RDB RF and 5 — in their appendix. The list of these species and data about spreading and meeting them on peninsula territory has been presented. The basis factors, threatening their existence have been given
