Virulence of P. triticina isolates collected in 9 agroecological regions of Russian Federation and Kazakhstan in 2006–2014 was studied. 62 virulence phenotypes were revealed among tested 179 isolates. The variability for virulence to genes Lr1, Lr2a, Lr2b, Lr2c, Lr3а, Lr3bg, Lr3ka, Lr9, Lr14a, Lr14b, Lr15, Lr16, Lr18, Lr19, Lr20, Lr24, Lr26 and Lr30 was reveal but all isolates were virulent to Lr17 and Lr11. Virulence to gene Lr24 were determined in Krasnodar population; to gene Lr9 in Ural, West Siberian and Central population and to gene Lr19 in these three populations and in additional Volga one.
