The aim of this research is to conduct an in depth analysis of the role that variables like education, previous work experience, family business background, social and family relations- hips and ethnic networks, links to the country of origin play in determining an entrepreneurship career. This study reviews the role and significance of Human Capital Vs Social capital as a determinant of entrepreneurial choice in a group of Indian immigrant entrepreneurs in Sydney in order to investigate and test the following hypotheses.
