Differences in chiropractic education exist both internationally and nationally, despite regional accreditation standards and the quality assurance role of the Councils on Chiropractic Education International (CCEI). This is not necessarily a major problem, as the role and responsibilities of the chiropractor may vary - not only between countries, but also within them. However, the goal common to all chiropractic educational institutions is to train primary care practitioners that can - at a minimum - function effectively in the community in which they are trained.2 page(s
