The main objective was to establish the factors influencing corporate social responsibility at Equity Bank ltd. The study targeted 130 employees and 100 community members. The study used simple random sampling techniques. The completed questionnaires were edited for completeness and consistency. It will then be analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics; correlation analysis, by use of Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study found that aspects of leadership such as innovation vision, environmental uncertainty, charismatic leadership style, empowering employees to innovate and interactive leadership influence corporate social responsibility.
