Ionische Flüssigkeiten haben besondere Bedeutung als eine Alternative zu konventionellen Elektrolyten für die Abscheidung von Metallen und Legierungen aufgrund ihrer günstigen Eigenschaften erlangt. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden die ionischen Flüssigkeiten 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluormethylsulfonat ([EMIM]TfO) und 1-Butyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium trifluormethylsulfonat ([Py1,4]TfO) als Elektrolyte für die elektrochemische Abscheidung von Zink verwendet.
