The purpose of this paper is to examine Joyce’s influence on Woolf, especially Ulysses’ influence Mrs Dalloway in detail, after showing, based on materials, Woolf’s contact to Ulysses. This paper will show a strong influence of Joyce’s Ulysses on Woolf’s Mrs Dalloway
