This Research is describes about the presupposition in slogans of advertisement. This research is analyzed the utterance and types of presupposition of slogans in posters and social media advertisement in Banjarmasin. The theory that used in this thesis is Yule’s theory (1996) which divided types of presupposition into 6 types, namely; existential presupposition, factive presupposition, lexical presupposition, structural presupposition, non-factive presupposition, and counterfactual presupposition. \ud The subject in this research is slogan in posters and social media advertisements.
