Pd\ud \ud Background problem in this research are the education is considered as a most valuable investment in the form of improving the quality of human resources for the development of a nation, the association leaders to teachers do not work in harmonyso that the leadership is less liked by teachers, and organizations are still lack of respect for aperson's skills and abilitiesso often found giving compensation based on seniority.\ud This research includes field research with quantitative approach associative.This study aims to determine whether there is any relationship headmaster leadership style and the provision of compensation and job satisfaction of teachers. This research was conducted in State Islamic Junior High School Kapuas Timur Kabupaten Kapuas in the academic year 2015/2016. The study population was all teachers in State Islamic Junior High School Kapuas Timur Kabupaten Kapuas amounting to 23 teachers and fully investigated. The sampling technique called sampling saturated or census term. Methods of data collection in this study is a questionnaire. After the data collected then carried out data processing using editing techniques classification of data, coding, and tabulating.Further analysis of the data with hypothesis testing was performed using product moment correlation analysis.\ud Based on the research results with an error level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) There is a relationship style of leadership and job satisfaction of teachers with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,467 of t-test 2,418 > 2,080 which means altenative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. (2)There is a relationship of compensation and job satisfaction of teachers with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,544 t-test 2,969 > 2,080which means altenative hypothesis(Ha) accepted. (3) There is a relationship style of leadership and compensation and job satisfaction of teachers with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,604 t-test 5,723> 2,086 which means altenative hypothesis(Ha) accepted. While the calculation of the determinant coefficient obtained 0,364 means that the style of leadership headmaster and the compensation contributed 36,4% influence on job satisfaction of teachers
