Resumo: Não informadoAbstract: In this work is developped a procedure for evaluation of oxides films properties. Through Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy, by obtaining from Bode diagrams a capacitance and dissipation coefficient. It is proposed a mathematical model for the metal-oxide-eletrolute system description based on na equivalent circuit. The oxide films properties are evaluated by fitting procedure. The technique . is applied to Ti-6AI-7Nb anodized alloys, used as a substitute for Ti-6AI-4Valloy, in surgical aplications. The results show the possibility of film properties evaluation from direct analysis of Bode diagram
