A caracterização elétrica de materiais vítreos foi efetuada por meio da análise da condutividade em função da freqüência da amplitude do sinal (ac) e da condutividade dc, utilizando para tanto a técnica de espectroscopia de impedância (IS) e medidas da corrente elétrica direta em função da voltagem dc aplicada. As medidas de IS foram realizadas no intervalo de freqüência de 1 Hz até 1 MHz e em função da temperatura. Avaliou-se as propriedades elétricas de vidros oxifluoroboratos de chumbo (BPP), 50BO1.5 (50-x)PbO xPbF2, com x = 0, 5, 10, 15 e 20 (% catiônica).
