Unloaded microspheres were prepared from polyhydroxybutyrate-co-valerate (PHBHV) and poly(epsilon-caprolactone) (PCL) polymers using the emulsification-solvent evaporation method (EE). The study was conducted to determine the ideal polymeric composition and ideal molecular weight for the microspheres preparation to be used as a Drug Delivery System (DDS) for cancer therapy.
