Os desafios de uma educaÃÃo para a diversidade Ãtnico-racial: uma experiÃncia de pesquisa-aÃÃo.

This essay has as purpose investigates the challenges and possibilities of and education that promotes racial and ethnic equality in childhood education. The cultural studies, the action logics and the social psychology of racism were the theoretical references that analised the problem in focus. The qualitative method used was the âaction researchâ, that was chosen by the collaborative character, allowing the investigation to contributes with the upgrading of the practice. We tried, collectively, to understand the challenges and possibilities existing in an educational construction for ethnic and racial relation in academic everyday, in negotiation with action logics of a childhood educational institution, in Fortaleza-CearÃ. The interventional process followed â from planning and assessment â the pedagogic actions directed for ethnic and racial relations in education. The interventional character appeared in the role assumed by the researcher, contributing to the increasing of the group knowledge â sometimes offering materials, sometimes proposing activities that we called âformative meansâ. The results of this research show that the visited institution sticks an action logic of identity that guides its organization and educational actions, individualizing and overloading the teaching work, and impacting negatively the ethnic and racial relations. This impact is negative because favors the pedagogic action without reflection, when suggests to the teachers that the effort applied in daily activities is more important than the meanings of the own activity. This type of thought hides educational practices full of stereotypes about ethnic and racial relations, and above all produces inequalities. However, the collective action was a possibility to face this challenge. The intervention showed the need of a formation service process that helps the attendance of the challenges being in the everyday of the school, finding solutions to specific problems in which reality. In an unequal society like ours, the myth of racial democracy and skin bleaching have strong appeal â and the school, as a social space doesnÂt escape of this phenomenon â itâs essential that the educational formation includes the educator as a person in his own aspects, since this topic involves necessarily discusses identity and power. Between favorable possibilities to an educational process of ethnic and racial relations in childhood education, beyond of collective action and a competent formation service process, some pedagogic actions stood out, especially those ones who capacitated the black protagonists and the multicultural narratives.O presente trabalho teve por objetivo investigar os desafios e as possibilidades de uma educaÃÃo promotora da igualdade Ãtnico-racial na EducaÃÃo Infantil. Os Estudos Culturais, as LÃgicas de aÃÃo da escola e a Psicologia social do racismo foram as referÃncias teÃricas a partir das quais foi configurada e analisada a problemÃtica em questÃo. A metodologia qualitativa adotada foi a âPesquisa-aÃÃoâ, escolhida pelo carÃter colaborativo e por permitir que a investigaÃÃo contribua com o aprimoramento da prÃtica. Buscamos, pois, coletivamente, compreender os desafios e as possibilidades existentes na construÃÃo de uma educaÃÃo para as relaÃÃes Ãtnico-raciais na complexidade do cotidiano escolar e em negociaÃÃo com as lÃgicas de aÃÃo especÃficas de uma instituiÃÃo de EducaÃÃo Infantil, da cidade de Fortaleza. O processo interventivo compreendeu o acompanhamento − a partir do planejamento e da avaliaÃÃo − de aÃÃes pedagÃgicas voltadas para a educaÃÃo das relaÃÃes Ãtnico-raciais. O carÃter interventivo se deu atravÃs do papel assumido, pela pesquisadora, de contribuir para o aumento do conhecimento do grupo − na oferta de materiais e na proposiÃÃo de atividades, as quais aqui nomeamos como ârecursos formativosâ. Os resultados desta pesquisa apontam que a instituiÃÃo pesquisada adere a uma lÃgica de aÃÃo identitÃria que orienta sua organizaÃÃo e sua aÃÃo educativa, de modo a individualizar e sobrecarregar o trabalho docente, impactando de forma negativa a educaÃÃo das relaÃÃes Ãtnico-raciais. Este impacto se configura negativo, porque favorece a aÃÃo pedagÃgica irrefletida, ao entender que o empenho empregado para a realizaÃÃo da atividade à mais valorizado que os significados atribuÃdos â fato que invisibiliza prÃticas educativas estereotipadas sobre as relaÃÃes Ãtnico-raciais, que produzem desigualdades. No entanto, a aÃÃo coletiva mostrou-se uma possibilidade de enfrentamento a este desafio. A intervenÃÃo apontou ainda a necessidade de um processo de formaÃÃo em serviÃo que favoreÃa o acompanhamento dos desafios no cotidiano da escola, para que possa entrever soluÃÃes a desafios especÃficos de cada realidade. Em uma sociedade ainda desigual, em que o mito da democracia racial e do branqueamento tem forte adesÃo â e a escola, enquanto espaÃo social, nÃo foge disso â à essencial que esta formaÃÃo envolva o educador-pessoa em seus mÃltiplos aspectos, uma vez que esta temÃtica envolve necessariamente problematizar pertencimento identitÃrio e poder. Entre as possibilidades favorÃveis a uma educaÃÃo das relaÃÃes Ãtnico-raciais na EducaÃÃo Infantil, alÃm da aÃÃo coletiva e de um processo de formaÃÃo em serviÃo significativo, destacaram-se as aÃÃes pedagÃgicas, especialmente as que possibilitaram os protagonismos negros e as narrativas multiculturais
