Neste trabalho relatam-se as etapas de síntese, caracterização e estudo das propriedades eletrônicas de heterocomplexos formados por tetrakis(N-metil-4- piridil)porfirina de cobalto (II) (CoTMPyP) e 4, 4, 4, 4, tetrassulfoftalocianina de cobalto (II) (CoTsPc) em solução e em filmes finos. Foram realizadas titulações espectroscópicas utilizando-se soluções dos macrociclos CoTsPc e CoTMPyP e, através do método de Job foram investigadas as possíveis estequiometrias dos heteroagregagos. Os gráficos de Job apontaram para formação de arranjos supramoleculares com maior proporção de CoTsPc.
