This article poses the following question: Is art knowledge? It is certain that Music is hermeneutic. Sounds have semantic character. As a linguistic system, Music does not function in a concrete, but in an associative manner. Through its communicative component, Music is also a sociological phenomenon. We can accept that there is a relationship between ethic and aesthetic values, which leads to the question: What kind of information does Music transmit?
