A ERGONOMIA E O AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO: reflexões sobre as contribuições ergonômicas em bibliotecas

The ergonomics studies the adequacy of the work to the man and can contribute for the improvement of processes, productivity, work environment, amongst others. The ergonomics in environment of libraries still is a study field that has much to contribute as for the practical one. In this direction, the objective article to carry through a theoretical research of as the ergonomics if relates with the environment of libraries and which the contributions that it can provide. First, a theoretical incursion in the beddings becomes that support the study finally and, some reflections on the physical and ambient aspects of libraries.A ergonomia estuda a adequação do trabalho ao homem e pode contribuir para a melhoria de processos, produtividade, ambiente de trabalho, dentre outros. A ergonomia em ambiente de bibliotecas ainda é um campo de estudo que tem muito a contribuir no que se refere à prática profissional. Neste sentido, o artigo objetiva realizar uma pesquisa teórica de como a ergonomia se relaciona com o ambiente de bibliotecas e quais as contribuições que ela pode proporcionar. Primeiramente, faz-se uma incursão teórica nos fundamentos que sustentam o estudo e por fim, apresenta algumas reflexões sobre aos aspectos físicos e ambientais de biblioteca
