RelaÃÃes de trabalho dos operÃrios da Faville de Marechal CÃndido Rondon/PR

This thesis investigates the workplace relations at Faville, a factory located in the West Paranà State (Marechal CÃndido Rondon city), during the years 1990 to 2008, when industrial park has constituted in the city. The main point is about the understanding of workplace relations these "new" workers within a national context marked by processes called "restructuring process". The Faville started operations it in late 1990, when the majority of studies have emphasized the work changes and transformations, it including organizations and working methods. From the analysis of the sources produced by the company, it was possible to identify many strategies developed to try to promote specific consent on sphere of production among workers. However, from the discussion about experiences their, that attempt to consent is not performed. In the fact, the various mechanisms used to convince the workers about Faville goals have been coercive practices that force their employees to follow the politics of production by the company. Reinforcing this manufacturing system is a strong felling of fear, fear of to lose their jobs, felling that is lived for most workers. Finally, it has done many bad consequences on labor rights, mainly on the initiatives to organize unions at that factory.Esta dissertaÃÃo investiga as relaÃÃes de trabalho fabril no Oeste do Paranà a partir das experiÃncias e dos modos de viver e de trabalhar dos operÃrios da fÃbrica Faville (Marechal CÃndido Rondon/PR) durante os anos de 1990 a 2008, perÃodo em que se constitui um parque industrial no municÃpio. O enfoque principal da dissertaÃÃo està voltado para o entendimento das relaÃÃes de trabalho desses ânovosâ operÃrios, vividas num contexto nacional marcado por amplas e profundas reestruturaÃÃes nos processos de trabalho denominadas de âreestruturaÃÃo produtivaâ. A fÃbrica estudada comeÃou suas atividades no final da dÃcada de 1990, quando a maioria dos estudos que tratam do mundo trabalho enfatizava mudanÃas e transformaÃÃes ocorridas tanto nas organizaÃÃes quanto nos mÃtodos de trabalho. A partir da anÃlise das fontes produzidas pela empresa, foi possÃvel verificar algumas estratÃgias desenvolvidas para tentar promover determinado consentimento na esfera da produÃÃo junto aos trabalhadores. Entretanto, a partir da discussÃo sobre a realidade vivida por esses trabalhadores foi possÃvel perceber que a tentativa de consentimento nÃo se realizada. Os diversos mecanismos utilizados para convencer os trabalhadores a se envolverem com os objetivos e metas de produÃÃo da fÃbrica sÃo prÃticas coercitivas que obrigam os trabalhadores a seguirem as polÃticas traÃadas pela empresa. ReforÃando este regime fabril existe um forte sentimento de medo de perder o emprego vivido por grande parte dos trabalhados entrevistados, cujas conseqÃÃncias tornam frÃgeis as iniciativas de organizaÃÃo sindical naquela fÃbrica
